5 Things Guaranteed To Put You In A Christmas Mood

Christmas moodAs you may noticed, I’m a Christmas person – cookies, decoration, Christmas tree... I love everything about it. I’m in a holiday mood since two weeks. I’m packing presents and listening to Christmas songs (not Mariah Carey’s one).

But yesterday I met a friend of mine who said to me: “I hate Christmas. It’s so stressful – the shopping, family meetings…etc.” Her words didn’t hurt my wonderful Christmas mood, but I thought about all these people who don’t like Christmas. This post is for them. I selected the 5 things that made my Christmas mood. I hope they will do the same for you, Christmas skeptics!

The Christmas Outfit

Audrey Hepburn in “Christmas” red dress

I found this photo of my favourite Audrey surfing on Internet today. I don’t know when it was taken, it seems it’s for a fashion magazine. The first thing I thought was “What a lovely Christmas outfit”. It made my day.

 The Christmas Song

It’s probably the most weird Christmas song I’ve ever heard. But I loved it! This guy has a whole album of Christmas songs, that sound not typical, but wonderful! Enough of George Michael’s “Last Christmas”!

 The Christmas Add

A teenage boy is spending Christmas surfing on his smart phone, while the whole family is having fun together. A little sad, isn’t it? This is the modern person, his whole life is in his smart phone…but then… surprise! Apple made really lovely Christmas add!

 The Christmas Gift

Sony PlayStation 4

If you’re a Christmas skeptic and you are a boy, I’m sure PlayStation 4 will make you believe in miracles. I don’t know much about widgets, but according to my boyfriend, who’s a gamer, PlayStation 4 is a lot better than Xbox. It’s a little bit expensive gift, but boy’s toys always are.

And if you are a girl with no Christmas mood, just go and get your hair and nails done. It’ll make you feel better immediately, I guarantee.

The Christmas Place

Christmas home

The place I want to be at Christmas is… home. I love traveling, I’d like to be on some sunny warm island on New Year Eve for example, but all I want for Christmas is to be at home – where my family and friends are. We’re going to talk a lot, have a wonderful dinner, drink red wine… I know it sounds like cliché. And Christmas is a cliché too – a wonderful one.

I hope you enjoy this post, Christmas skeptics! Have a lovely warm holidays! See you next year. I’ve got a few surprises for you! Stay tuned!
